The digitalization program of Wizz Air Hungary aims at the comprehensive digital mapping and standardization of HR processes and HR systems. Nordconn plays both a strategic and operational role in this complex transformation: from the joint exploration of needs and opportunities, through the implementation of solutions, to post-implementation process support. In some cases, the owner role is also the responsibility of our colleagues.

One of the key focus areas of the project is Talent Management. We structure hundreds of active positions and more than 80 job families along a unified logic, then create standardized job descriptions and link them to the HR system. As a result, the roles, expectations, and responsibilities associated with the positions become transparent and digitally accessible to the HR organization, and posting job advertisements has also been reduced to a few seconds.

Digitalization has also brought tangible results in recruitment and employee lifecycle processes. Candidate communication has been integrated into the system at every step, the administration of launching recruitment has decreased by nearly 30%, and the automation of candidate testing has resulted in a reduction of administrative burden by approximately 350 working hours annually. By integrating multiple SAP modules, data flows uniformly, without manual intervention, from selection through onboarding to active employment, saving 6-7 minutes per candidate through integration.
