The aim of the project implemented at Clarity Consulting, operating in the IT sector, was to standardize and structure the selection processes. Several business units and team leaders within the company operated with different interviewing practices, resulting in varied candidate experiences and hard-to-compare decisions.

As a result of the work, a competency matrix developed for three typical roles and a unified evaluation system were created, supporting the objective, comparable evaluation of candidates. The practical implementation of the developed approach and methodology was supported by a series of workshops held with the participation of leaders and HR experts. At the end of the project, a comprehensive manual of more than 90 pages was created, providing detailed guidance on the operation, methodological background, and daily application of the selection system.

The ratio of accepted offers improved, and our company became more attractive among target candidates with the EVP integrated into the standardized recruitment and selection process. The time required for management preparation decreased, and we achieved more uniform, comparable interview results. The completed manual, which we have been using daily for more than two years, provides practical support for the recruiter team and team leads. Organizational friction decreased, and areas of responsibility became clearer thanks to the straightforward processes. The established uniform evaluation methodology supports the efficiency of hiring decisions.
