Our partner’s Board of Directors faced the challenge in 2018 of becoming more organized throughout the entire holding.
They set the goal of creating a new project management office. The PMO would be responsible for funneling all IT requirements into one place. Thus, they would be able to systematize requirements after years of – as they say – constant change management.
