What can you expect if you join us?

Day-to-day

Many of us regularly come into our office in district 11, and we simply love the pleasant garden in the heart of the Dorottya courtyard when we arrive. And thanks to our Share Desk system, you quickly get to know all your colleagues. Every day is a different adventure, since you never know which colleague you’ll meet in the office that day.

Sports

We’re all about shared sports experiences, anywhere. We have our own club in the Strava app, where we can compete with each other in running, hiking, walking, cycling, yoga and training, or work together towards a common goal.

Education

We believe it is important for our colleagues to deepen and broaden their professional know-how, to keep it up to date and to have the opportunity to learn in other areas related to their work or motivations. Every year, Nordconn team members participate in at least one specific professional training course, which is tailored to their development targets. Our staff must become experts in two independent fields.
