Business problems offer opportunities for improvement, and we support you with this approach to help you find proven paths instead of dead ends.
Nordconn is a truly European team professing human values. With this mindset we headed for Sweden, opened the gateway to Scandinavia, and established Nordconn Sweden after our base in Hungary.

Our Story
2015
Nordconn is established by Peter Renfer and his business partner at the time.
2016
We start working together with two Hungarian clients, NN Insurance and Deloitte. We launch our HR and Digital HR Consulting business lines, which are still operational today.
2017
This year we became a Microsoft partner, helping us launch our Dynamics HR Talent consultancy delivering the first major digital HR projects.
2018
We set up a complete PMO team for a new client, the KÉSZ Group.
We are now clearly positioned in the market as HR consultants.
2020
During covid we launched digital and HR survival packages for our clients. This year, for the first time, we taught HR and IT at the Budapest Metropolitan and Milton Friedman universities.
2021
A long-cherished dream begins to take shape. Our CEO Vilté Székely takes Nordconn to Sweden by moving to Stockholm. Meanwhile, the RPO+ service, which evolved from the former PMO, was launched for Hungarian customers. We started working together with the Budapest University of Technology, where we taught modern HR to engineering students.
2022
Our team grew to 40 by the end of the year, while the leadership team continued to expand with the addition of Petra Nyul and Orsolya Gyenei. We are now guest lecturers at the Budapest Metropolitan University and the Technical University, teaching Digital HR courses. We are now standing contributors to the Art Is Business art platform. We rounded off several events in Stockholm with resounding success, some of which were organised by us.

Every year we support children in need and animal shelters. Giving aid is not just a privilege of multinationals, it is everyone’s responsibility to give back to the community.

This isn’t just empty talk, we promote equality and starting a family with concrete actions. We represent the LGBTQ+ community in Nordconn.
We collect waste separately
We also look behind us, not just ahead. As an SME we are mindful of our carbon footprint. We support our environment with litter-picking in the community.

Professional articles, presentations, podcasts
We support the HR profession with industry publications and podcasts. Our focus areas here are leadership development, business development, team building and negotiation techniques. Our managers are frequently invited to speak at prestigious professional events such as HR Fest, Business Fest or RecruiTech conferences on these topics, or are asked to write articles.
University education
In addition to consulting and business development at our company, we offer university courses in HR digitalisation, recruitment effectiveness and HR analytics, etc. to complement our professional work. We support many students in their university studies, degree studies and thesis writing.
Our approach to teaching is based on a practical, real-world business approach, which is often missing from today’s university education.
