Auchan Retail is a multinational retail company with a large number of employees working in the sales area. It is a retailer that combines the advantages of digital technology and physical stores to provide a personalized experience.

In retail, the employee market is changing rapidly; it is a challenge to find and retain good employees. Auchan decided to invest in HR technology to improve recruitment and employee retention. They needed an experienced partner to get the best return on their dedicated budget.

  • Execution of an RPO+ project in the Logistics unit (Üllő), with the renewal of the recruitment marketing toolkit and the onboarding and transferring of approximately 400 employees.
  • Assessment of recruitment goals and requirements, as well as the design and implementation of a comprehensive IT application.
  • Establishment of an organization-wide standard recruitment process. Identification and resolution of recruitment obstacles.
  • Focusing on the relationship with candidates: through an easy-to-use career page, automated messaging, and digital contracting.
  • The entire project was implemented using agile methodology

The digitalization of HR processes was supported by a data-driven approach. Power BI-based reports were created for recruiters, enabling the tracking of process performance and data-driven decision making. Following the implementation, the recruiting team was also trained, allowing them to independently create and interpret reports. Later, the Power BI solutions were also integrated into the performance management system.

As part of the project, a performance management system was also developed, closely linked to the bonus system and individual development plans in an organization of nearly 6,500 people. The entire implementation followed an agile methodology, ensuring rapid feedback and continuous adaptation to business needs.
