The focus of the cooperation, in addition to ensuring continuous, high-quality operation, was the conscious development and standardization of communication processes in a complex, international organizational environment.
Nordconn’s experts quickly integrated into the existing communication rhythm and work in close cooperation with the GBS management and key stakeholders. In addition to supporting daily operations, they work on developing regularly used, organizationally relevant communication solutions that have become part of the daily operation of GBS.
The implemented developments aimed to strengthen communication efficiency and employee experience. As part of this, global newsletters were renewed, service communication became more structured, and new digital and interactive tools were introduced, including AI-based video and animation solutions like Synthesia.
The reporting framework related to Viva Engage, as well as the rethought, interactive structure of Town Hall events, both support the credibility and visibility of leaders, transparent information provision, and employee engagement.
Through trainings, workshops, and the development of guidelines, the Nordconn team supported the enhancement of communication competencies, including brand usage, stakeholder mindset, and the effective application of digital tools. Our goal was to establish a unified yet flexible communication framework that would strengthen the GBS communication function’s position and organizational visibility on a global level over the long term.
