The goal of Nordconn’s project at Wizz Air Hungary was to develop an integrated recruitment and internal mobility operation, in which the opening and allocation of positions, as well as internal movements and promotions, are managed transparently in one hand.

Nordconn’s role in this operation appeared as a results-oriented control function. During the project, a fast-reacting, well-structured recruitment communication and decision-making model was created, allowing for efficient position management, as well as full supervision of internal movements and promotions. Thanks to this, the process of internal transfers and promotions could be closed within hours with minimal administration.

The collaboration delivers tangible business results. During the project to date, more than 300 accepted offers have been approved, 83 positions have been successfully filled, and 32 internal transfers have been coordinated. The stability and transparency of the operation are supported by weekly and monthly reports, as well as continuous stakeholder communication.
