Nordconn supports the coordination and development of an ongoing Health & Safety operation for its client in the aviation industry in a highly complex, international environment. The aim of the project is to ensure occupational health and safety compliance at the corporate level, minimize regulatory risks, and establish a stable operational framework that is capable of handling daily operational tasks as well as unexpected, extraordinary situations.

An important element of the project was maintaining corporate-level occupational health and safety compliance. As part of this, internal audits took place at the majority of the client’s bases to examine whether the operation complies with local occupational health and safety regulations. During operations, solutions also had to be developed for new situations, such as negotiations related to the opening of new training centers, or the handling of extraordinary health or official inquiries for which no established internal procedure was previously available.

An important result of the project is strengthening the visibility and embeddedness of the Health & Safety function within the company. Regular, targeted communications support the daily safety awareness of employees – especially the flight crew – contributing to the prevention of accidents and the reduction in the number of risky situations.

As a result of the cooperation, our client is implementing a significantly more stable, transparent, and controlled Health & Safety operation, which reduces regulatory exposure, improves employee safety, and provides a sustainable foundation for the company’s international operations in the long term.
