Revenue growth with BI-Driven forecasting in Pharma

Data provision for a 20 leaders

In 18 countries

The project aimed at supporting the data-driven operation of our pharmaceutical client with the goal of stabilizing and restructuring existing data engineering and analytical processes. Within the framework of the project, pharmaceutical turnover data from different regions are processed and delivered to decision-makers. Managers do not only receive the data, but the underlying causes are also uncovered, supporting the understanding of deeper business correlations.

Tools with thousands of lines of code pose a challenge in the project, where identifying and fixing errors in complex systems requires serious expertise and time investment. To increase efficiency, modern solutions, such as AI-based code analysis have also been introduced, which are able to quickly interpret and explain code snippets, significantly accelerating the debugging and development processes.

As part of the technology stack, Azure Data Factory, SQL and Oracle databases, as well as Cloudera-based machine learning solutions are applied among others, ensuring scalable and integrated data processing.

One of the most important results of the project is the stabilization of operations. With the involvement of our consultants, the internal resources were successfully relieved, so the team can focus more on strategic developments. As a result, periods have also been realized when the data arrived fully and without errors: in a given month, data from 18 countries were processed and handed over with 98-100% completeness to a management circle of approximately 20 people.
